Terraza de Fiesta GK2 is an event venue at E-274, Level 4, Greater Kailash II, New Delhi 110048. In this policy, “we” means Terraza de Fiesta GK2. This site lets you read about the venue and send us an inquiry.

When you send an inquiry, we collect what you type into the form:

• your name, mobile number and email address
• the kind of event, the date, start time, number of hours and number of guests
• any message you choose to add

We also keep the price estimate shown to you and a reference number for your inquiry. We do not ask for payment details, ID documents or anything sensitive. Please don’t put those in the message box.

Like any website, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical details when a page is requested, such as your IP address and browser type. We use this only to keep the site running and secure.

• to check availability and reply to your inquiry by phone, email or WhatsApp
• to send you a confirmation email with your reference number and estimate
• to prepare and manage a booking if you go ahead
• to keep records of inquiries and bookings for our business and tax needs
• to protect the form from spam and misuse

We do not sell your details, and we do not use them for advertising. We will only send you messages about your inquiry or booking, not marketing, unless you ask us to.

We use a small number of services to run the site. They handle your details only for us and only to do their job:

• Supabase stores your inquiry in our database.
• Resend delivers the emails we send you and the alert we receive.
• Vercel hosts the website.
• Cloudflare manages our domain and forwards mail sent to hello@tdfgk2.com.
• Google Maps shows the map on the space page. Google may collect your IP address when the map loads.

Some of these providers process data on servers outside India. We may also share details if the law requires it.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not run analytics on this site. Your browser remembers whether you picked day or night mode, using local storage on your device. The embedded Google map may set its own cookies when it loads.

We keep inquiry details for as long as we need them to respond to you and to keep our business and tax records. After that we delete them. If you ask us to delete your details sooner, we will, unless the law requires us to keep them.

You can ask us to:

• tell you what details we hold about you
• correct anything that is wrong or out of date
• delete your details
• stop contacting you about your inquiry

We limit who can see inquiries, and the connection to this site is encrypted. No system is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute safety, but we take sensible care of your details.

This site is for adults planning events. It is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect details from children.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
